Vic Ash batten entrance for a quieter Balwyn facade.

The Balwyn brief was an entrance that read calm and contemporary against a quieter facade, no big timber statement, no fussy detailing. We worked off a clean rebated reveal and made the door the only feature.

The face is solid Vic Ash with a vertical batten profile. The pattern reads consistent end-to-end, the timber tones lift the entry without overpowering it, and the dark reveal frames the warmth of the timber.

It's the same family as the architectural EVEN, solid timber core, battens applied on top, just sized and fitted to suit this opening. The result is something that fits the house instead of competing with it.
